An initial consultation takes around 90 minutes.

Before the consultation you will receive both a detailed health and nutrition questionnaire and a 7 day diet diary which must be completed and returned prior to the appointment for preliminary analysis.

During the initial consultation you will be asked detailed questions regarding your current health concerns, symptoms, diagnosis and any treatment, past medical history, family medical history, lifestyle and physical activity levels as well as your diet and use of medication and supplements.

Following your consultation and the evaluation of your information,
you will receive, either by email or post, your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan which will include dietary advice, recipes and menu ideas and is specific for your individual needs. The plan may also include a  recommendation for additional laboratory tests in order to gain a deeper and more accurate picture of your body's internal environment. Nutritional supplements may also be advised as part of your plan.

Neither the costs of additional tests nor of any supplements are included in the consultation fee.

Email/telephone support is included in relation to the implementation of the plan.

Follow up consultations take 45 minutes and are generally advised every 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation in order to  review progress and the effectiveness of the plan.
Following this appointment you will receive a revised personalised plan and email/telephone support in relation to its implementation.

We also offer a package comprising one initial consultation and 2 follow up appointments

All prices are available upon request.

A £50 deposit is required upon booking an appointment with the balance to be paid at the end of the appointment. Appointments can be cancelled without loss of deposit if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date.

All clients must read and sign both the BANT terms and GDPR documents before the consultation.

Please note that we require the return of your forms BEFORE your consultation in order to provide you with the best possible service. If these are not received a minimum of 24 hours in advance then we may have to cancel your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit.

Please note that all under 18s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
